In China, cooking is an ancient art rather than just a nourishing necessity. Those dishes, which have stood the test of time, provide us with what is known as “the classical Chinese cuisine.” A well-planned meal will vary in texture and color as well as flavor and temperature to achieve overall harmony in the tradition of yin and yang.
Each of the four main regions of the country has developed its own distinctive culinary style. Peking (North) provides a tender, delicate taste while Shanghai (East) uses light and savory flavors. In contrast are the crispy, unusual blends of Canton (South) and spicy seasonings of Hunan and Szechwan (Central and West).

Totally tasteless fried rice, which wasn't actually fried, and tasteless ribs. And it was extremely expensive. Avoid it

The worst chicken fried rice I've ever had. And I paid $13.00 for it. They must have the most expensive ingredients in the city, because they're certainly not charging for the flavor (bland white rice + bland chicken).

without doubt the worst food I have ever eaten. The Mongolian Lamb dish was actually cheap thinly sliced beef. Chicken dish was overcooked. Neither dish had any flavour - tastless expensive MUCK!

If you have ever been to Mr. K's, you know this beautiful upscale restaurant stops nothing short of perfection in every detail. Stunningly delicious food. The Ginger Basil Chicken I ordered at 9:22pm arrived at 9:32.
